Returns & Exchanges:
- We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
