Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

At SM pens, your satisfaction matters. Since most of our items are custom-made, we ask that you read the policy below carefully.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of purchase. After that, we may have already started working on your custom piece
