We currently ship to addresses within India

2. Shipping Time frames Orders are typically processed within 2  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and destination:
Same day delivery – within Gurugram

Standard Shipping: 7 business days

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Free shipping is available for orders over 1000/- amount (if applicable).
Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or bulky items.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment on our website or via the carrier’s website.

5. Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
If a package is lost or not delivered, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our policy.
